At every single moment in our lives, we are experiencing “feelings” or emotions. Some emotions are more dramatic than others and some are negative or positive. Very few are considered neutral. Go ahead, think about it right now. What are you “feeling”? If you are a thinking type, what are you thinking and how does that thought make you feel. Yes, even you can feel something. That does not make you airy fairy. It just shows you that you are human.
Your thoughts and the generated feelings are what we will call vibrations. The colloquial term is “vibes”. Have you ever thought that you picked up good vibes from someone? Or did a location give off negative vibes? Those are legitimate occurrences.
The point here is to recognize that vibrations are happening all the time. And to get in touch with those vibes is important to how the Law of Attraction is working to bring you what you want. Perhaps a way to begin to use our vibes to our benefit is to practice recognizing what we are feeling at all times of the day, especially when we retire for the night. What are you feeling when you went to sleep last night. And what did you feel when you woke up this morning? Were your feelings this morning positive or negative?
So now, its time to remind ourselves that we are what we think and we attract in kind based on what we are feeling. To attract wealth, it is important to think like we are already prosperous. Any feelings of lack or poverty will definitely bring us more poverty. To attract the perfect relationship, it is important to constantly think and believe in what we want and deserve. Any move to despair of the perfect outcome will sabotage the real desire for the perfect relationship.
See where I am going with this? Maybe it is imperative to watch over what we think. And now the subject for our next blog post… What do we do about our thoughts. I will share that next time but be sure to understand that you will get thoughts into your conscious and subconscious and you cannot do anything about that fact that they are going to arrive in your brain.
